Account/Project Manager – Somerset, NJ

Working directly with the CEO and SVP of Project management, the Account / Project Manager is expected to…

  • Ensure all client deliverables are met on time and on budget
  • Contribute to building and maintaining strong, positive client relationships
  • Responsible for regular client status reports, meeting notes, and other client deliverables; ensure they are at the required level for quality and meet client standards
  • Responsible for keeping SOW up-to-date, and facilitating SOW Change Orders
  • Learn and master proprietary CareSpeak platform, workflows, and processes related to day-to-day account management
  • Manage completion of BRDs and other documents/templates
  • Demonstrate proactive thinking by anticipating account needs
  • Gain working knowledge of assigned disease state categories and product/ franchise goals
  • Work closely with technical development team
  • Support business development efforts as needed

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year college/ university
  • 3+ years healthcare agency experience, preferably consumer, with direct client contact
  • Experience managing clients and/or working with highly regulated healthcare segments such as pharmaceuticals
  • Previous training and experience working with the systems/processes associated with regulatory/med/legal approval for pharma clients is preferred but not required
  • Comfortable with technology and / or learning about new technologies
  • Proven ability to manage schedules and juggle priorities, all with a focus on meeting key deadlines within client budgets
  • Preferable experience working within a multi-agency team
  • Strong interpersonal, written communications and presentation skills
  • Direct client contacts and experience working with external partners is required
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a collaborative environment
  • Display an interest in and enthusiasm for the position, company, and industry
  • Experience in digital in-bound marketing is a plus
  • Knowledge of Spanish language is a plus
